Given enough observations,the answers become clearer...

They're moving furniture upstairs at least 10 times a day.  Literally.

The calls to prayer coincide with many of them.

They're moving stuff to lay down prayer rugs.

Duh.



And, the mosque in this morning's picture is the source of the calls.  I heard it much more clearly when outside.  Echoes may have made it seem otherwise inside.  Or, I could just be an idiot.  Let's assume the later.
